Panchbhoot Yatra offers spiritual and adventure travel packages, including Chardham Yatra, Do Dham, and other Uttarakhand-based tours. All packages are subject to availability and confirmation. - Booking & Payment Terms
To confirm a booking, 30% of the total amount must be deposited in advance.
The remaining 70% must be paid before the start of the journey.

- Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Period Before Start Date Refund Policy

Between 60 – 45 days 70% Refund
Between 45 – 30 days 50% Refund
Less than 30 days No Refund
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Panchbhoot Yatra reserves the right to deduct bank/transaction charges.
- Itinerary Changes
Panchbhoot Yatra reserves the right to change itineraries due to weather, natural calamities, political unrest, or operational issues without prior notice.
Alternative arrangements will be made in such cases but no refund will be provided for unutilized services.
- Responsibilities of the Traveller
Carry valid identification and required travel documents at all times.
Adhere to local customs, religious sanctity, and decorum during spiritual tours.
Respect hotel/resort policies regarding check-in/check-out and damage liabilities.
- Limitation of Liability
Panchbhoot Yatra shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by natural calamities, road closures, flight/train delays, acts of God, or third-party service providers.
We are not responsible for the behavior, actions, or policies of hotels or transportation providers included in the packages.
- Third-party Services
Some services such as helicopter tickets, temple darshan passes, or adventure activities may be operated by third-party providers. Panchbhoot Yatra acts only as an agent and shall not be held responsible for their service quality or changes in pricing/timing. - Intellectual Property
