  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    We understand that travel plans may change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and considerate of the time, planning, and resources involved in organizing your trip.

Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, the refund amount will be determined based on the number of days prior to the trip start date as mentioned below:

Cancellation Period Before Start Date Refund Policy
More than 60 days 100% of total package cost refunded
Between 60 – 45 days 70% of total package cost refunded
Between 45 – 30 days 50% of total package cost refunded
Less than 30 days No refund – 100% of package cost will be deducted

Important Notes:
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to panchbhootyatra@gmail.com with your booking reference number.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

In case of bank transfer or UPI, you must share your correct bank details to initiate the refund.

Transaction charges, government taxes, or non-refundable components (such as helicopter tickets, permit fees, or third-party services) are non-refundable in all cases.

Cancellation by Panchbhoot Yatra
Panchbhoot Yatra reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

Natural calamities (landslides, floods, etc.)

Political unrest or government restrictions

Inadequate participation or minimum group size not met

Unforeseen operational challenges

In such cases, the client will be offered:

A full refund (excluding non-refundable components), or

An option to reschedule the trip at a future date, or

Transfer of booking amount to another package or participant.

Non-Show / Delayed Arrival
No refund will be provided if the customer fails to arrive on the reporting date or chooses to leave the trip after it has started.

Delays due to missed flights/trains or personal emergencies will be treated as per the refund policy mentioned above.

Force Majeure Clause
Panchbhoot Yatra shall not be held liable for failure to execute the tour or provide services due to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to: war, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government regulations, civil disorder, or weather conditions. In such cases, the company will offer appropriate alternatives but refunds may not be guaranteed.
